Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 days excluding Sundays and Holidays. If we experience any delays due to high volumes this policy will be updated and the customer will be notified via email.

We do not currently ship to P.O. APO or FPO boxes. We recommend shipping to a trusted family member.

You will receive an order confirmation upon purchase as well as confirmation/tracking information upon shipping.


If you received your order damaged, please contact us at with photos of the damage within 5 days of receiving. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
